Agent shall register each lead with RKP.

Agent shall be responsible for price negotiation based on the Guidance Price provided by RKP. Agent is not authorized to sell products below the Guidance Price.

All sales agreements and proposals for RKP products shall be made directly between RKP and the procurement customer.

Agent shall comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations. Agent shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, promise, or give any bribe, kickback, or other improper payment to any person, including any government official, to obtain or retain business or to secure any improper advantage.
